14 Install all of the above first, then:
16 * On UNIX systems: make, then sudo make install (modify the PREFIX variable at
17 the top of the Makefile if you so wish, installs to /usr/local by default).
18 * On Windows: build with the included visual studio project file, then run
19 install.bat as administrator (installs in C:\usr by default).
